Employee Assistance
Our EAP program offers FREE, CONFIDENTIAL sessions to employees and their families. The maximum number of free sessions per employee, per issue, varies according to our agreement with the employer. These free sessions are not charged to insurance, so the employee is not charged co-pay and the employer’s healthcare benefits cost does not increase.
We believe that our role as an Employee Assistance Provider is to empower our clients to increase their level of success in all areas of life. We believe that continuous growth and improvement stimulates success and heightens quality of life. Growth and improvement may be facilitated by something as simple as improving time management skills, or may require assistance on a deeper level to remove roadblocks to success.
Roadblocks to success manifest themselves in a variety of issues such as: excessive debt, marital or family problems, workplace conflict, substance abuse, emotional issues, stress and any other concern that may have a negative effect on an employee’s job performance or that limits one’s effectiveness.
Focus Institute is committed to providing the most effective and comprehensive program available to assist with any personal, family, or workplace circumstance which limits one’s ability to function at optimal levels of success. These services will be affordable, universally available, and easily accessible.

Sincere Appreciation
One family who has been with Focus Institute since January 2003:
. . . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I know you say this is your job although in our eyes you’ve gone over and beyond your job to help us get debt free. Thank you so much for everything.
A young couple that has been with Focus Institute since January 2003:
. . . Tim and I want to tell you how much we appreciate the help you provide to people like us. There were so many times we would sit and argue over the money situation and past due bills. And now we are extremely relaxed and there are no more disagreements over any of this anymore. Your program is a wonderful thing and I pray everyday for all of you that He will in turn bless you for the blessing He has given to us through you.
So if you ever feel you are not making any sort of impact remember the Johnson’s lives were literally changed. Thank you for giving us a new beginning.
God Bless all of you!
